2021 February Recorded LIVE Classes

This program will focus on building strength and lean muscle on your body as well as endurance and cardiovascular ability. By combining strength training with interval training, this program is designed to get your strong! Use heavy weights when you can without compromising form and work to your potential.

Weights + HIIT (Monday)

Our strength classes are a blend of traditional strength training paired with high intensity interval training to give you the best of both worlds and a good full body burn! These classes use everything from free weights, loop bands, stability balls and sliders to work each muscle effectively and to never plateau. All classes provide modifications for no equipment and fitness level so you never feel like you can’t do it! These classes are great to build lean muscle and sculpt your body

Tabata Sculpt (Wednesday)

These classes will get your heart pumping and make you sweat! Using both no equipment and minimal equipment, you will be put through a circuit of exercises ranging in various timings. This workout is designed to work your heart and muscles giving you a maximal burn!

Step & Weights (Friday)

If you love step or have never tried it-this class is for you! This class uses the box step to give a high energy workout that uses familiar step moves paired with athleticism! You do not need to have rhythm or be a stepper to follow along. Weights are used to increase intensity and give you the best of both step and weights. Definitely a heart pumper!

Metabolic Meltdown (Tuesday)

These classes will work you to your threshold and make you sweat! Using no equipment you will use your body as a machine to acheive maximal effort and results. This class is high pace and energy and moves very quickly between moves. If you want to work like an athlete and build amazing endurance, this is the class for you!

Ball Flow (Thursday)

This class focuses on building a stronger body foundation. You will pay attention to the smaller muscles and learn to focus on core stabilization. Using various accessory equipment, your muscles will be put through the ringer! A great low impact class that gives you major burn!

Stretch (Bonus)

These stretch classes are designed to give your body the relax + restore it deserves from the other workouts in this program.

You can use these stretch classes to unwind after a long day at work or as a relaxing way to restore your body on the weekend!
