Full Body Beginner Program

This program will get you started on your fitness journey. Whether you haven't worked out in a long time or are dealing with injuries, these low impact workouts will help you learn proper form and introduce you to the style of our programs at BALB.


This program consist of full body strength workouts, lower body strength workouts, upper body strength workouts, tabata workouts, step workouts as well as a mommy + toddler workout!


These workouts are quick and effective and are perfect for fitting into busy schedules!

Full Body Strength

The workouts will work upper and lower body and introduce you to the common strength exercises in any great program!

Go at your own pace and learn the form first before adding heavier weights.

Step

These workouts will introduce you to the world of step! By adding the step to a floor routine, you are instantly increase your aerobic ability and protecting those joints! If you do not have a step, try the moves on the floor. This is a low impact workout that is great for any fitness level!

Upper Body

These workouts will focus on building lean muscle in your upper body and focus on proper posture and form. Pay attention to your form before increasing your weights.

Lower Body

These workouts are focused on building strength in the lower body and learning proper form. You will build lean muscle with these short workouts and work on your endurance too!

Go at your own pace and watch your form!

Tabata

These workouts are designed to be short and effective and will raise your heart rate! Tabata workouts use an interval timer of 20 sec of work to 10 sec of rest and the rounds are repeated for added intensity.

These workouts use no equipment so they can allow you to work to your full potential for a short amount of time!

Mom & Toddler

Short on time? This workout was completed with a busy toddler and will focus on core activation and slow movements. Perfect to do in between naps, school pick ups or during play time!
